Returns and complaints

1. Returns of Standard Products

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details can be found in our cancellation policy.

2. Personalized Products and Custom-Made Items

Personalized products and custom-made items are excluded from withdrawal if they were manufactured according to customer specifications.

These include in particular:

- Products with names
- Products with individual texts
- Products with logos or motifs
- Individually manufactured 3D printed products
- UV printed products according to customer specifications
- Custom-made items based on file, drawing or agreement

3. Complaints

If a product is damaged, faulty or defective, please contact us at:

Please send us the following information if possible:

- Order number
- Description of the problem
- Photos of the product and packaging
- Your contact details

Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

4. Production-Related Deviations

In 3D printing and UV printing, minor production-related deviations may occur, e.g., in color, surface, texture, layer lines, material effect or positioning of the print image.

Such minor deviations do not constitute a defect, provided they are customary and reasonable for the respective manufacturing process.

5. Returns

Please do not send returns freight unpaid to us. Please contact us before returning an item so that we can clarify the process.
