1. Shipping Area

We deliver within Germany.

Deliveries to other countries of the European Union are possible by arrangement or according to the shipping options available in the checkout.

2. Shipping Service Provider

Shipping is carried out by a suitable shipping service provider, e.g. DHL, Deutsche Post, DPD, UPS or Hermes, depending on the product, size and weight.

3. Shipping Costs

The shipping costs are displayed during the order process and are clearly shown before the order is completed.

4. Delivery Times

The delivery time for standard products is usually [X] to [Y] working days after receipt of payment.

For custom-made products, personalized products, 3D printing orders or UV printing orders, the delivery time may vary. The delivery time only begins when all necessary information, files and, if applicable, approvals are available.
